New York Times: The Daily 360
A launch film for The New York Times' Daily 360, shot around the world to prove the whole point of 360 video: making you feel like you are there, now.
The New York Times launched The Daily 360, a daily immersive video series, and needed a film to make the case for the format itself.
So we shot in several locations around the world and cut them together to prove the core value of 360 video: not watching a place from the outside, but standing inside it, feeling like you are being there now.
It set the tone for a series that put Times readers at the center of the scene, from conflict zones to the surface of a frozen lake, one day at a time.
